Inside Workshop No. 3 of the "Jinchuanggu · Taiyuan" pilot production base, seven-axis rail-mounted welding robots worked autonomously in a 2,000-square-meter workshop. The three-in-one laser cutting machine can cut 20–40 tonnes of steel plate and 30–50 profiles per day, meeting the material demand for a monthly output of 1,000–1,500 tonnes. Welding robots have solved such industry challenges as high labor intensity, poor vertical-weld forming, unstable quality and low efficiency on long seams; no professional welder is needed, and one person can manage several machines. The company was registered in November 2024 and began production in February 2025, completing the leap from laboratory to mass production in three months.
