In early June, the Boyuan Steel Structure processing base in Jiancaoping District, Taiyuan, was bustling with activity. In the spacious, well-lit workshop, welding robots were swinging their mechanical arms, completing steel component welds precisely and efficiently, while workers monitored the control panels in real time to ensure the entire production process ran flawlessly. In recent years, Boyuan Steel Structure has introduced advanced automation equipment, including welding robots, from Zhongbei Huike, successfully building multiple automated production lines that can flexibly and efficiently meet the processing needs of various complex steel structures, injecting strong momentum into the base's high-quality development. Unlike the standardization of cutting equipment, Zhongbei Huike has precisely solved such industry-wide welding problems as high labor intensity, poor vertical-weld forming, unstable quality and low efficiency on long seams by supplying specialized welding robots to the company. These robots require no professional welders: ordinary workers can operate them after three days of training, and one person can manage multiple machines at once. These "steel tailors" have substantially cut labor costs while effectively helping the company upgrade its production lines to intelligent operations.
